What Items Can I Return at King Harvest?
While King Harvest is dedicated to providing cannabis medicine for all, there are certain items for which we can and can not issue returns or replacements. In most cases, cannabis flower, edibles, tinctures, FECO, and topicals are non-refundable.
King Harvest Returns on Cannabis Flower
All King Harvest cannabis flower sales are final. We offer freshly cured, small-batch cannabis flower for purchase anywhere in the United States. As a result, our current inventory of available strains may be different than those listed on our product pages. If we are out of stock of a specific strain, King Harvest will send you our next closest available strain for your enjoyment. These replacements are non-refundable.
While King Harvest may replace a cannabis order with a closely related strain, we will never send you an entirely different species of cannabis (for example, an indica order will not receive a sativa strain). If you have received the wrong species of cannabis, please contact our support team, and we will be happy to assist you.
King Harvest Returns on Vape Carts
We take great pride in our live resin vape cartridges, but even the highest-quality products can run into issues. If you are experiencing issues with your vape cart, please contact our support team, and we will assist you as best we can.
If your vape cartridge is leaking or has broken in transit, please contact our support team. In most cases of failing cartridges, King Harvest will send a replacement free of charge.
How to Fix a Clogged Vape Cartridge
To prevent clogging and other issues with vape carts, King Harvest recommends you store cartridges upright at all times. In most cases, clogged vape cartridges can be easily cleared with slow, steady inhales on the mouthpiece while the battery is running.
If you are experiencing clogging issues with your King Harvest vape cartridge, preheat the cartridge by running the battery without pulling from the mouthpiece. Do this for a few seconds or until you hear a sizzling sound from the cartridge.
You can also heat the cartridge using an air-tight zipper bag and warm water. Simply remove the cartridge from your battery, place the cart in a zipper storage bag, secure the bag closed, and run it under warm water.
If clogging persists, take a paper clip or toothpick to the inside of the mouthpiece and gently remove any visible debris or buildup.
Ship Cannabis Tincture Online
Our cannabis oil tincture bottles are designed with shipping in mind. All King Harvest tincture bottles are made using UV-protected, thick, shatter-proof glass with plastic seals. Each tincture vial is packaged safely in a single box with product instructions for safety and security. Very rarely do our tincture bottles break; however, if you receive a broken bottle in transit, King Harvest will replace the damaged item.
